Hi! I'm Lauren Hunt
I am a licensed mental health counselor and the founder of Be Yourself Counseling. I’m EMDR-certified and trained in trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches that support the mind–body connection. My work focuses on trauma recovery, anxiety, chronic stress, and neurodivergent affirming care for adults, teens, and children. I tailor therapy to each individual, recognizing that healing looks different for everyone and there is no one size fitsall path forward.

I strive to create a space where you can show up as you are, without judgment or pressure to be “fixed.” Together, we move at a pace that feels safe and practical, helping you reconnect with yourself, build resilience, and create meaningful change in your day to day life.
