Therapy Services
Individualized, trauma-informed care for adults, teens, and children — delivered via telehealth across Florida and Ohio.
Individual Therapy for Adults
You may look like you have it together. But something beneath the surface feels off — anxiety that won't quiet, relationships that feel draining, or a persistent sense that you're running on empty. Individual therapy offers a dedicated space to slow down, understand your patterns, and build a life that feels more aligned.
This may be a good fit if you're navigating:
- Anxiety
- Burnout
- Life Transitions
- Relational Wounds
- Identity
- Personal Growth

Trauma and Integrative Therapy
Trauma does not always come from a single event. It can build over time through attachment wounds, relational experiences, chronic stress, medical or religious trauma, developmental experiences, or exposure to abuse. Many people carry this quietly, feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or constantly on edge without fully understanding why. When your nervous system has been holding too much for too long, it can feel hard to slow down, trust others, or feel at home in your own body.
I support individuals navigating trauma and its impact on the nervous system, relationships, and sense of self. This can show up as feeling stuck in survival mode, chronic tension or pain, shutdown or overwhelm, or deeply rooted beliefs such as shame. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, regulated, and connected to yourself in a way that feels safe. I use an integrative approach including EMDR, somatic work, parts work, ego state work, and other evidence based therapies, all tailored to your needs so healing can happen at a pace your system can tolerate.
This may be a good fit if you are experiencing:
- Complex trauma (C-PTSD) or developmental trauma
- Attachment or relational wounds
- Healing from abuse or ongoing emotional impact of past experiences
- Feeling stuck in survival mode (fight, flight, freeze, or fawn)
- Chronic overwhelm, hypervigilance, or difficulty feeling safe
- Shame, disconnection, or loss of sense of self

Child & Adolescent Therapy
Kids and teens do not always have the words, but they still have a lot going on. What they are feeling often shows up through behaviors, big emotions, or shutting down when things feel overwhelming. Therapy is developmentally tailored, creative, and engaging, using play, interactive tools, and a grounded approach to help build trust, emotional regulation, confidence, and a stronger sense of self. My goal is to create a space where children and teens feel safe, understood, and able to open up in ways that feel natural to them.
I support children and adolescents navigating trauma, relational challenges, neurodevelopmental differences, anxiety, and reactive behaviors, including experiences of abuse. My approach meets each child where they are while helping them feel more regulated, supported, and confident in themselves. I primarily focus on supporting children and teens with anxiety, trauma, and neurodevelopmental differences. With experience as a school based therapist, I am familiar with IEP and educational planning meetings and collaborating with school staff, allowing for more cohesive support across settings.
This may be a good fit for:
- Anxiety and behavioral concerns
- ADHD, learning differences, and autism
- Trauma, abuse, and attachment related concerns
- Emotional regulation and reactive behaviors
- Social and peer challenges, including self-esteem and confidence
- Adjustment challenges, life transitions, and family stress

Therapy for Helping Professionals
For those who spend their careers helping others, this space is for you. You hold space for others, respond to crises, and carry responsibilities that are not always visible or acknowledged. Long hours, high expectations, heavy workloads, and limited time to reset can take a toll, leading to compassion fatigue, emotional exhaustion, disrupted sleep, irritability, and a sense of isolation or disconnection from yourself and others. At times, the distressing or traumatic experiences you witness or carry can linger, quietly shaping how you move through your day.
In our work together, we focus on helping you make sense of those experiences while building sustainable ways to care for yourself. This may include strengthening boundaries, improving emotional regulation, reducing stress and overwhelm, and reconnecting with a sense of balance and fulfillment. This is a space where you do not have to hold it all together. You are invited to set that role down, feel supported, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels grounding and free of judgment.
